No MIGB test for today

The test originally scheduled for today and tomorrow has been postponed. Apparently, the radio-active stuff they need for the test wasn't able to be delivered last night because of the storm. Its kind of funny to us how the world shuts down due to a dusting of snow. Oh well...we'll take the next two days off from testing and receive that as a gift from God.

Try to enjoy some quiet, family time while you wait! It is a little humorous that a dusting of snow would prevent something so important from being delivered. Of course, in FL I think the whole state would stop if we got snow! Still sending good thoughts your way! - Georgia, Mason and Ellie

Grateful we can find rest and peace in the Sovereignty of God in circumstances such as what you are facing today. There is certainly a reason for the delay, and it is for your good. Praying for rest for all of you.

So glad to learn that Sarah's tumor wasn't the "mean" kind--that is truly wonderful news. Sorry that the MIGB test was delayed. I'm sure you're anxious to move closer to Sarah's full recovery, but I'm inspired by your constant faith in God and patience for what He has planned. Hope your next few days provide rest.

Hey Jen, The kids and I prayed for you all tonight at dinner. Mike was on campus. Lily prayed for Sarah to be all better. I prayed for the God of comfort to be near to you and Dave in a tangible way. Zeke prayed for A, M, and C to not be afraid and for your children to all be saved. Oh boy, do we love you guys and I am praying for you so much down here in Knoxville. love e plew

Praising God that the tumor wasn't the mean kind. (of course, any at all seems mean to me...) A not mean tumor strikes me as a miracle. Keara and I prayed for Sarah today before every meal and every nap. We love you guys.

I'm praying for your family every day, and will be asking my campus bible study and intervarsity fellowship groups to keep you in their prayers as well. Your faith amidst these trials is an inspiration to all who know you. Psalm 121,Isaiah 40:28-31, Romans 11:34, Romans 8:28
